I. Bidding Content
Liaoning JiHua 3523 Company bulletproof insert plate project.
Quantity: Approximately 86,670 pieces (Specific quantity shall prevail).
II. Technical Requirements: Produced according to military technical and quality requirements. (Detailed technical and quality requirements see Attachment 1).
III. Bidding Method: Public bidding, based on military technical requirements and quality standards, the lowest price bid will be adopted.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. The bidder has good credit;
2. The bidder must be a professional manufacturing enterprise and has relevant qualifications for production and operation;
3. Has corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capability and risk resistance capability;
4. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning JiHua 3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements

Bid documents that arrive late or are not sent to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
2. Required registration materials: (two copies each)
(1) Registration form filled out according to the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);
(2) Supplier's valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (including national and local taxes), production license, legal representative's ID card, ISO9000Quality management system certificationCertificate, product qualification certificate, product test report, the above materials are all copies with company seal; Legal representative's certificate or power of attorney from legal representative (original).
(3) Enterprise scale (take photos of the company's factory buildings, main large-scale equipment, etc., requiring no less than 5 photos)
(3) Documents that prove the supplier's good credit, the ability to undertake this bidding project, the corresponding production capacity, the necessary information communication ability, and quality assurance capability. Note: If there is a military industry confidentiality qualification certificate, please provide it.
