I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company's outsourced processing project for Iveco galley vehicles, main and auxiliary food stoves, and preparation tables.
Quantity:10 sets
II. Technical Requirements: Production according to the drawings provided by the purchaser. (Detailed technical and quality requirements are shown in Attachment1 Drawings)
III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on the purchaser's technical requirements and quality standards, using the lowest bid as the winning method.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. Bidders must have good credit standing.
2. Bidders must be manufacturing enterprises with mechanical processing capabilities.
3. Bidders must have relevant processing and manufacturing experience.
4. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to bid.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration Deadline:
November 18, 2016 (8:00—16:00 )
Applications will not be accepted outside of these hours.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forNovember 24, 14:00
Bid documents that arrive late or are not submitted to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
2. Required Registration Materials: (Two copies)
（1) Registration form completed as per the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);
（2) Supplier's valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (only business license required for three-in-one certificates), legal representative's ID card,ISO9000Quality Management System CertificationCertificate. Photocopies of the above materials must be stamped with the company seal; LegalRepresentative's Certificate or Power of Attorney (original).
（3) Company scale (take at least 5 photos of the company's factory buildings, major equipment, etc.)
（3) Documents that prove the supplier's good credit standing, ability to undertake this bidding project, relevant production capacity, necessary information communication capabilities, and quality assurance capabilities. Note: If you have a military industry confidentiality qualification certificate, please provide it.
