V. Qualification Review

Drilling Engineering Construction Plan
I. Project Overview
One well will be drilled in the factory area and residential area of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. The drilling project includes the construction of a water well and the installation of a water pump. The water well has a diameter of 219mm and a depth of 150m. The water pump is installed at a depth of 80-120m.
II. Construction Period: 30 days/well.
III. Payment Method
1. Performance bond payment method
Within 7 calendar days of signing the contract, Party B shall submit 10% of the total contract price to Party A in cash or by check. During the entire contract execution process, that is, after the completion of the project, installation, commissioning, testing, and operation are carried out on schedule and meet the acceptance requirements stipulated in the contract, Party A will return it to Party B within 28 days (interest-free).
2. Payment method:
30% of the total project cost will be prepaid within 5 days of the drilling equipment entering the site, 30% of the total project cost will be paid when the well depth reaches 100 meters, and 30% of the total project cost will be paid within 5 days after the completion of the well and acceptance by Party A. The remaining 10% of the total project cost will be retained as a quality assurance fund. If there are no quality problems after one year of completion and commissioning, the remaining payment will be paid within 15 days.
IV. Basic Technical Requirements for Drilling Engineering Construction
1. Water output requirement: 15-20t/h;
2. Well depth: Estimated 150 meters, well inclination: less than 5 per 100 meters;
3. Well chamber: The wellhead should be above the ground30-50cm,to prevent accumulated water on the well chamber floor from flowing into the well;The wellhead should be sealed with waterproof clay,sealing depth from 3m above ground to 10m below ground.

VII. Well Completion Process and Construction Scheme
1. Design and construction basis

2. Well completion process:
1Before lowering the well pipe, the borehole wall, diameter, and depth should be checked to determine whether the borehole wall is regular and smooth. If irregular borehole walls such as reduced diameter are found, they must be repaired in time to ensure the smooth implementation of subsequent procedures, and the depth of the hole should be measured.
2Change the slurry. Press thin slurry or clear water into the bottom of the hole, and remove the thick slurry from the original hole from bottom to top. When the concentration of the mud slurry returning to the well is basically the same as that of the pressed thin slurry water, the slurry change is completed.

2. Construction methods
