I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company Digital Trunked Mobile Radio Project.
Quantity:7 sets
II. Technical Requirements: According to the technical parameters required by the demander, meet the required functions.
1. It has standard analog/digital, MPT1327 analog trunking mode, PDT digital trunking mode, complete mode selection ESN verification configuration, authentication, voice encryption (basic/enhanced), data encryption can be performed.
2. Operating voltage: DC12V
3. Frequency: 350MHZ, docking according to the customer's radio.
Main equipment: Digital trunking mobile radio, repeater antenna, integrated repeater (brands such as Motorola and Hytera meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security are acceptable)
III. Bidding Method: Invitation to bid, based on the demander's technical requirements and quality standards, implementing the lowest bid.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. The bidder has good creditworthiness.
2. The bidder must be a professional manufacturer of mobile radios or a brand sales agent.
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Audit
Before bidding, suppliers must pass the qualification audit of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company. Those who have not passed the qualification audit are not entitled to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Method and Requirements
1. Registration deadline:
November 21, 2016 (8:00—16:00 )
Applications will not be accepted at other times.
Bidding time is tentatively scheduled forNovember 24, 14:30 opening bids.
Bid documents that are received late or not sent to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
