I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company Special Vehicle Delivery Project.
Quantity:72 vehicles
II. Transportation Requirements:
2.1. Shipping Time: The specific time will be based on the transportation plan issued by the sales comprehensive office shipping department.
2.2 Shipping Origin and Destination: Yaobao Town, Tieling County --- Lanzhou (Gansu Provincial Armed Police Corps)
2.3 The standard is safety and no loss, delivering each batch of vehicles to the customer's required location within the specified time.
2.4 The vehicle chassis is an Iveco series model. Please check the modified vehicles at the company by yourself.
III. Bidding Method: Invitation to bid.
IV. Basic Requirements for Bidding Qualifications
1. The bidding unit has good credit.
2. The bidding unit must be a road transport or passenger transport enterprise with a national road transport operating license.
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Before bidding, the supplier must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration Deadline:
May 22-23, 2017（8:00—17:00) Break from 12:00 to 13:30; Applications will not be accepted at other times.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forMay 24, 14:00. Please remit the 50,000 yuan bid security deposit to the 3523 company's finance department (cash, check, or electronic remittance are all acceptable) by May 23. If there are any other special circumstances, the opening time will be notified separately.
Opening Location: Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company Building No. 1, 3rd floor, small meeting room.
Bids that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
2. Required Registration Materials:
（1) Registration form filled in according to the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);
（2) Supplier's valid business license; Legalrepresentativeidentity certificate; People's Republic of China Road Transport Operation License. Copies of the above materials must be stamped with the company seal; legal representativecertificate or power of attorney for the legal representative attending the bidding that day (original).
