I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company's rotomolding box project.
Quantity: Approximately946 (Specific quantity subject to actual count)
II. Technical Requirements: Production in accordance with military technical and quality requirements. (Detailed technical and quality requirements see Attachment1), please contact the company's technical manager for details.
Delivery Period: From the date of contract signingwithin 50 days, delivery in batches until completion.
III. Bidding and Evaluation Methods: Invitation to bid. Based on military technical requirements and quality standards, the lowest bid will be awarded.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. Bidders must have good credit;
2. Bidders must be professional manufacturing enterprises with relevant production and operation qualifications;
3. Possess corresponding production capacity, quality assurance capacity, and risk resistance capacity;
4. This tender does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to bid.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration Time:
July 3-4, 2017 08:00—15:00
Applications will not be accepted at other times.
The bidding time is tentatively scheduled forJuly 7, 10:00 AM. Please remit the 10,000 yuan bid security to the 3523 Company's finance department (cash, check, or electronic transfer are all acceptable) one day before the opening of bids. If there are any other special circumstances, the opening time will be notified separately.
Bids submitted late or not submitted to the designated location will not be accepted by the bidder.
2. Required Registration Materials: (Two copies)
（1) Registration form completed according to the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);
（2) Supplier's valid business license, legal representative's ID card,ISO9001quality management system certificationcertificate, copies of the above materials with the company seal; legalrepresentative's certificate or power of attorney (original).
（3) Company scale (take photos of the company's factory buildings, major equipment, etc., at least 5 photos are required)
（3) Documents that prove the supplier's good credit, ability to undertake this bidding project, corresponding production capacity, necessary information communication capacity, and quality assurance capacity. Note: If there are military industry confidentiality qualification certificates, weapons and equipment quality management system certification certificates, etc., please provide them.

Main Technical Requirements for Rotomolding Boxes
1. Dimensions (mm): External dimensions (length*width*height)800*600*600，Internal dimensions: ≮720*520*520，Tolerance ±3，Box thickness ≮10mm。
2. Color: Army green.
3. Materials and Structure: Made of modified polyethylene using a rotational molding process, the structure is an open-top design. The lid and body are connected by stainless steel hinges, secured with a self-locking latch. The body has two automatically resettable metal handles, and the lid has a sealing strip for product sealing. Refer to the connected ration supply container for specific structure.
4. Interior: The interior surface is affixed with6mmthickEVAmaterial,PEfilling for leveling. Internal cavities are designed according to the assembled parts for layered placement of components.
5. Transportation: The container is suitable for airdrop and sea transport.
