I. Bidding Content
Liaoning JiHua 3523 Company Cargo Transportation Project.

II. Transportation Requirements:
2.1. Dispatch Time: The specific time shall be subject to the transportation plan issued by the dispatch department of the sales comprehensive office.
2.2 Dispatch Starting Point and End Point: Attachment 1（）
2.3 Based on the standard of safety and no loss, deliver the goods to the customer's required location within the specified time.
III. Bidding Method: Invited bidding.
IV. Basic Requirements for Bidding Qualifications
1. The bidder has good credit.
2. The bidder shall be a professional logistics company, and those with a road transportation license will be given priority.
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Audit
Before bidding, the supplier must pass the qualification audit of Liaoning JiHua3523 Company. Those who fail the qualification audit are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Methods and Requirements
1. Registration Deadline:
March 12-14, 2018（8:00—17:00) Break time: 12:00-13:30; applications will not be accepted at other times.
1.1 The bidding time is tentatively scheduled for March 16, 13:50, and the opening time will be notified separately if there are other special circumstances.
1.2 Note: Before entering the opening meeting room, please seal the bidding documents. If any unsealed bidding documents are found, 3523 Company will refuse to accept them.
1.2.1 One day before the opening, each bidding company shall pay a bidding security deposit of 10,000 yuan to the 3523 Company's finance department or electronically remit the 10,000 yuan security deposit to the Liaoning JiHua 3523 account. Bidding companies that make electronic remittances should obtain a receipt for the bidding security deposit from the 3523 finance cashier before the opening. This receipt serves as proof that 3523 Company has received the sealed bidding materials.
1.3 Opening Location: Third-floor meeting room of Liaoning JiHua 3523 Company
2. Required Registration Materials:
（1) Registration form filled in accordance with the attachment requirements (Attachment 2);
（2) Supplier's valid business license; legalrepresentativeidentity certificate; People's Republic of China Road Transportation Operation License. Photocopies of the above materials, all stamped with the company seal; legal representativecertificate or power of attorney from the legal representative (original).
