2. Opening Bids

2.1 The tendering unit will organize a public bid opening at the specified date, time, and location. Representatives attending the bid opening should sign in to prove their attendance.

2.2At the bid opening, the bidder or their designated representative will check the seal of the bid documents. After confirmation, the bidding staff will publicly open the seal and read out the bidder's name, bid price, and other main contents of the bid documents.

3.Bidding Fees:

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the bidding activities, to control unserious bidding behavior, and to prevent the winning bidder from refusing to sign a contract with the tenderer without justifiable reasons, resulting in economic losses to the tenderer, the company has decided to collect a certain amount of bid security deposit for this tender.

1.Bidders should submit the specified amount of bid security deposit asBidpart of the50,000 RMB.

2.Settlement Method: Advance payment30%, within 3 days after the customer gives the payment to the offeree, the offeree will settle 70% of the total amount to the winning bidder.

3.The bid security deposit of unsuccessful bidders will bereturned in full without interest within 7 days after the bid evaluation.

4. The bid security deposit of the winning bidder will automatically become the performance security deposit, and will be returned without interest within 3 days after the completion of the contract. However, the bid security deposit will be confiscated if any of the following situations occur:

 (1) The bidder fails to sign the contract within the stipulated time limit or makes unreasonable demands after winning the bid and unilaterally terminates the contract;

（2) Major quality accidents occur during the contract execution period, resulting in losses to the offeree.

（3) The bidder wins the bid through improper means.
