To further study, promote, and implement the spirit of Chairman and Party Secretary Liu Mingzhong's speech at the "Double Over Half" supervision meeting, and to boost morale and make a full push for "Double Over Half", Ji Hua Group held a special study and exchange meeting on the afternoon of June 8th, with the participation of the head office and some advanced enterprises. Zhu Jingsong, Chief Accountant of Ji Hua Group; Yang Zongbing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and Wang Xingzhi, Secretary of the Board of Directors, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Yang Zongbing, with specially invited personnel from the Party and Masses Department of the Group providing on-site guidance.
At the meeting, Zhu Jingsong provided a concise summary of Liu Mingzhong's supervisory speech, leading all personnel from the head office and participating enterprises in re-studying and re-understanding the spirit of the speech. Representatives from the Asset and Finance Department and the Economic Operation Department respectively shared their department's learning experiences and next steps in promoting "Double Over Half" based on their departmental and work responsibilities. Ji Hua 3502, 3514, 3523, 3526, 3537, and 3542 companies shared their methods and effectiveness in studying and promoting Liu Mingzhong's supervisory speech, and reported on the "Double Over Half" supporting measures they had re-formulated based on the requirements of the two-level group and their company's actual situation after the Ji Hua supervisory meeting.
Yang Zongbing put forward three requirements at the meeting for Ji Hua's next steps in studying and implementing the Chairman's speech and striving for "Double Over Half". First, unify the understanding of the group's top and bottom to prioritize the current "Double Over Half" task, maintain confidence, and overcome difficulties; second, effectively organize the study, understanding, and implementation of the Chairman's speech, further organize comprehensive learning activities by party branches, trade unions, and the Youth League, building on the study of the enterprise's party committee leadership group; third, swiftly act, fully leverage the political core role of the party committee, the fighting fortress role of party branches, the exemplary role of party leading cadres, and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, specifically implementing Liu Mingzhong's "18-character principle" of "adjusting structure, promoting transformation, strengthening innovation, grasping reform, and strictly assessing and ensuring development", deepening the "225" management innovation system, and striving to fully achieve "Double Over Half". Regarding the June "Safety Production Month" theme and recent frequent safety accidents in society, Yang Zongbing also emphasized safety production issues for each enterprise during the pursuit of "Double Over Half".
All personnel from the Ji Hua head office and the leadership teams, middle-level cadres, and party and mass system personnel from six advanced enterprises participated in this meeting.
It is understood that at the Ji Hua head office's party and masses regular meeting held on June 6th, party and masses system personnel had already conducted the first round of study and exchange on Liu Mingzhong's speech, and determined a series of measures of "taking the lead from the head office and advanced enterprises" to solidly advance the Group's various deployments.
