Summary:On June 3, Luo Yulin, Standing Committee Member of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the CPC and Executive Vice Governor of Qinghai Province, conducted a field investigation at the Jihua Qinghai Industrial Park, accompanied by Yao Lin, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Xining Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Xining. During the investigation, Luo Yulin told the personnel from various enterprises present that the Jihua Qinghai Industrial Park is a truly practical circular economy industrial park. It has achieved the complete docking of metallurgy and chemical industry for the first time in China. The new process of alkali-leaching chromium salt production omits the traditional calcination process, completely eliminating the generation of "hexavalent chromium." They continuously promote the extension of the industrial chain and strategic cooperation with enterprises around the park, completely achieving the "exhaustive utilization" of raw materials.

The new alkali-dissolution chromium salt production process eliminates the traditional calcination process, completely preventing the generation of "hexavalent chromium." They continuously promote industrial chain extension and strategic cooperation with enterprises in the surrounding areas, thoroughly achieving the "complete utilization" of raw materials. This has received unanimous praise from domestic and foreign businesses at the Qinghai Investment and Trade Fair.
Vice Governor Luo Yulin emphasized that currently, enterprise leadership teams must firmly study and implement the "225" management innovation system of the Xin Xing Jihua Group Corporation. Following the industrial planning requirements of the Qinghai Provincial Government and seizing opportunities from adjustments in government industrial policies, they should concentrate their efforts and diligently work on the park's planning and construction tasks.
