Ten model workers from different fronts of various enterprises, at different levels including national, provincial, and group company levels, used their real experiences, sincere feelings, and simple words to sincerely recount their passion and feelings in pursuing and realizing their dreams, and those of their units, which aroused a strong response and widespread resonance among the participating cadres and employees.
He Keran, Vice General Manager of XinXing Jihua Group, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Jihua Group; Han Wenhu, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of Jihua Group;Deputy Party SecretaryYang Zongbing; Wei Liyun, Manager of the Party and Mass Work Department of XinXing Jihua Group, etc., attended the meeting. Cadres from Jihua Group, Jihua Investment, Jihua Guomao, etc., participated in the meeting at the main venue. More than 1,000 cadres, party members, team leaders, and production backbones from 21 enterprises, including Jihua 3504 Company, listened to the report via video at the branch venues. Han Wenhu gave a speech before the report meeting, saying,Since the launch of the "Chinese Dream, Jihua Dream, My Dream" themed education activities four months ago, it has received a positive response from the party committees and employees of various enterprises. Various units have organized a variety ofenjoyable themed activities, educating and guiding cadres and employees to deeply understand the connotation of the "Chinese Dream"---a strong nation, national rejuvenation, and the happiness of the people; deeply understand the "Jihua Dream"---serving the military, innovationdevelopment, and everlasting foundation, and to understand that the future and destiny of individuals and enterprises are closely linked to the future and destiny of the nation. They are encouraged to work diligently at their posts and actively participate in the great practice of building Jihua Group into a first-class strong enterprise.
Han Wenhupointed out that the advanced deeds of the ten model workers demonstrated the ideal, tenacious struggle, and dedication spirit of all Jihua people, highlighting the remarkable achievements of Jihua Group in recent years in emancipating the mind, reforming and innovating, and developing scientifically; demonstrating the achievements of cadres and employees in various enterprises in working diligently at their posts, striving for excellence, and continuously updating the performance of production and operation; and reflecting the military spirit of the majority of frontline employees who are especially able to endure hardship, fight, and dedicate themselves. This is a process of self-education and self-improvement for the spirit of Jihua people. He called on the party committees of various enterprises to attach great importance to the activities,and to deeply publicize the various model figures and advanced deeds of the group and the units,allowing more employees to gather strength and inspire passion in the activities of learning from and catching up with advanced examples.

In July, the Jihua Group Party Committee proposed the deployment requirements for a year-long "Chinese Dream, Jihua Dream, My Dream" themed education activity throughout the group. Currently, various levels of party organizations are carrying out a series of activities based on the "six ones" plan. In October, the Group Party Committee issued a notice on holding the "Chinese Dream, Jihua Dream, My Dream" Top Ten Model Workers and Advanced Deeds Traveling Report Meeting, deciding to hold a model worker and advanced deeds traveling report meeting throughout the group.
