Gao Yawen listened to Fu Sheng, the Party secretary of Jihua 3517 Company, on the company's production and operation status from January to February; the progress of the mass line education and practice activities; and the company's work plan for the next phase of education and practice activities. Gao also carefully inquired about the progress of the "Strengthening the Second and Entering the Third" project at 3517 Company and requested that the company integrate its regional advantages and accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading.

Gao Yawen analyzed the various manifestations of the "four winds" phenomenon in enterprises and held talks with the company's middle-level managers and frontline employee representatives, carefully listening to the cadres and employees' feedback on the "four winds" issues of the company's leadership team and their opinions and suggestions on production and operation management. When the attendees raised concerns about human resource management, she shared her insights and experiences in talent cultivation in advanced enterprises.
