Summary:On March 29, He Keran, member of the Standing Committee and Vice General Manager of the Party Committee of Xin Xing Ji Hua Group, organized and convened an expanded study session of the Party Committee Center Group of the Ji Hua Group's Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities. The attendees used one day to study and learn from documents such as "Guiding Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Carrying Out the Second Batch of Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities," "Xi Jinping's Speech at the Summary Meeting of the First Batch and Deployment Meeting of the Second Batch of Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities on January 20, 2014," and "Liu Yunshan's Speech at the Summary Meeting of the First Batch and Deployment Meeting of the Second Batch of Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities on January 21, 2014"; further interpreting documents such as "Xi Jinping's Important Discussion on 'Three Stricts and Three Earnests'" and "Notice from the Central Leading Group for Education Activities on Seriously Studying and Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Speech During His Investigation and Guidance of the Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities in Lankao County, Henan Province."
After the intensive study session, He Keru pointed out that by organizing and holding the study session of the Party Committee's central group, it is hoped that everyone will read the original texts word for word, understand the spirit and requirements of the central government and the superior authorities, further enhance understanding, enhance comprehension, clarify requirements, and lay a solid ideological foundation for continuously deepening the education practice activities.
He Keru made clear requirements for the next centralized study session of the Party Committee's central group: First, the leaders attending the meeting must not only clarify the learning content and lead the study again, but also combine their own actual situations, discuss their insights and experiences, and make exchange speeches, ensuring that the required actions are carried out without deviation, and striving for high starting points, high standards, and high quality in the activities; Second, when Ji Hua Group leaders conduct investigations at contact points, they must follow "five musts": they must listen to the enterprise's Party Committee's report on the progress of the activities; they must hold small-scale meetings to listen on-site to the opinions of employees on the members of the Ji Hua Group's leadership team and the offices, as well as prominent issues related to the "four winds"; they must conduct employee surveys; they must conduct small-scale individual talks; and they must produce an investigation report; Third, in addition to investigations at grassroots enterprise contact points, Ji Hua Group leaders should also hold meetings with administrative leaders and Party members in the functional departments to listen to their opinions and suggestions.
He Keru stressed that in the process of "listening to opinions," the principle of "adhering to problem orientation and highlighting the identification of problems" should be followed. Investigations should focus on the 25 issues mentioned in the mobilization speech on March 4th. Through careful identification, and patient and meticulous measures, key issues should be highlighted, and difficult issues should be addressed directly. Problems should be identified clearly, causes analyzed thoroughly, and solutions determined and implemented in place to overcome the stubborn problems of the "four winds" and strive to achieve results in the education practice activities.
