Fifty contestants from 25 enterprises under Ji Hua Group gathered in Wuhan for a two-day competition. The final included a theoretical exam and an on-site practical defense, with a skill level set at "Accountant" or above. This skills competition objectively and comprehensively reflected the overall level and current situation of financial personnel in Ji Hua Group's various enterprises, promoted the enthusiasm of financial personnel in contributing to their positions, and enhanced the importance placed on technical positions by enterprises. Liu Haiquan, chairman of Ji Hua Group's trade union, stated that the group's trade union will continue to innovate its work methods, further promote the professional skills improvement of accounting personnel, encourage practitioners to strengthen their awareness of financial risk prevention and control, guide enterprises to increase the cultivation of skilled accounting personnel, and consolidate the improvement of the enterprise's financial basic management system to better serve the development of various enterprise undertakings.
In the final, Xie Jing and Pan Yi from Ji Hua 3506 Company won first prize; contestants from Ji Hua 3517 and 3502 Company won second prize; and contestants from Ji Hua 3542, 3522, and Hua Jin Pharmaceutical won third prize. The above-mentioned contestants also received the title of "Ji Hua Group Technical Expert," and Ji Hua 3506 Company received the "Excellent Organization Award."
