The meeting was presided over by Duan Yinhai, Deputy General Manager of Ji Hua Group. Yuan Hail, General Manager of Ji Hua Group, delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing the importance and necessity of building an e-procurement platform and the importance of strengthening procurement management for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. He also put forward relevant requirements for the implementation of the e-procurement platform construction work:
First, organizational support must be strong. Strengthen leadership, implement organizational support, develop a detailed work plan, establish regular meeting and briefing systems, and promptly understand and report on the project progress and existing problems;
Second, the demand survey must be thorough. Each enterprise should combine its procurement management, supplier management, and contract management systems to sort out the enterprise's procurement process, approval procedures, templates, and forms in advance. In the demand survey, objectively and comprehensively put forward the enterprise's usage requirements to ensure that the demand survey for the e-procurement platform is thorough and effective;
Third, material coding must be standardized. A thorough investigation and discussion should be conducted to do a good job in material category sorting, establish a material (products, materials, equipment, services, etc.) classification system, formulate coding rules, and define material characteristic quantities to ensure one code per item. Consider the scalability of material categories and coding. Each enterprise should arrange personnel to cooperate with the project team;
Fourth, publicity and training must be in place. Strengthen publicity on the promotion and application to enhance the recognition and participation of internal and external stakeholders in e-procurement. Carry out systematic training and examinations in stages, content, personnel, and management levels. Through training, all levels of personnel can not only master the platform's operations but also actively adapt to the changes in the work methods brought about by procurement informatization, laying a good foundation for the platform's promotion and application.
At the meeting, Zhengzhou Xinyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., the developer of the e-procurement platform, introduced the overall work and implementation plan of the e-procurement platform and made a statement.
