General managers of 17 enterprises and heads of the professional clothing business department shared their learning experiences and insights, and exchanged speeches on specific measures for future implementation based on the actual situation of their respective enterprises. Twelve enterprises' leaders in charge of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, relevant department heads, and personnel from the clothing business department also participated in the meeting and made exchange speeches.
At the meeting, Qiu Weibing, on behalf of Ji Hua Group, delivered a summary speech. He pointed out that Ji Hua Group's affiliated enterprises have achieved certain results in basic management and benchmarking management, but there is still a large gap compared with advanced enterprises and the Group's requirements. In learning full value chain benchmarking management, we must be problem-oriented, proactively identify problems, find gaps, formulate improvement measures and methods, and effectively improve the enterprise's management level. Then, he put forward specific work requirements in terms of emancipating the mind, digesting, absorbing and innovating, grasping key points, and strengthening information construction. Finally, he put forward four opinions on how enterprises should carry out benchmarking management work in the future: First, strengthen organizational leadership, establish and improve the leading group and working mechanism for benchmarking management activities; second, clarify responsibilities and strictly implement assessments; third, strengthen training, pay attention to publicity, and create a good atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing"; fourth, establish a long-term work mechanism and deepen the benchmarking management activities.
