We should work on adjusting our product structure, and at the same time, the leadership team should consider how to adjust the industrial structure; Third, we should accelerate reforms in the marketing and procurement systems. Procurement system reform should be combined with production processes to reduce costs in production. Fourth, we should truly become a flagship enterprise in Xinjiang, Northwest China, and even Central Asia, and have a certain international influence. Fifth, we should combine the "four winds" to find problems. Based on the actual situation, we should achieve the implementation of the two standards and five systems. We should thoroughly change the leadership's style and the style of managers at all levels.
