9On the afternoon of March 3, Liu Mingzhong, Chairman and Party Secretary of Xin Xing Ji Hua Group, presided over an expanded meeting of the group's Party committee to quickly convey the spirit of the meeting of the Party committee and relevant reports on the issue of Jiang Jiemin from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Sha Ming, the general manager of the group, also addressed the meeting. 
The meeting conveyed and studied the central government's decision on Jiang Jiemin's suspected serious disciplinary violations and illegal activities, removing him from his leadership position and placing him under organizational review. Attendees unanimously agreed that the organizational investigation of Jiang Jiemin and other implicated personnel reflects the determination of the Central Committee of the CPC to combat corruption, demonstrating the central government's zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, targeting both high-ranking officials and low-level corrupt elements. Everyone believes that the problems of the implicated personnel are personal issues, and that the vast majority of cadres and employees in central enterprises and the state-owned assets supervision system are good. Currently, it is necessary to maintain normal production and operation order, especially ensuring safe production. It is necessary to carry out the Party's mass line education and practice activities well to promote current work. Liu Mingzhong, Sha Ming and other members of the group's leadership team made statements at the meeting, emphasizing firm support for the central government's decision and resolute implementation of the central government's spirit, upholding politics, the overall situation, and discipline. They will guide the group's cadres and employees to unify their thinking with the spirit of the group's decisions and maintain high consistency with the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the General Secretary. The meeting also conveyed and studied the central government's and SASAC's deployments on the mass line education and practice activities in combination with the group's actual situation, emphasizing the need to prevent problems such as insufficient understanding, study, and listening to opinions, and insufficient in-depth investigation of problems during the activities. Learning should be carried out throughout the activities, strengthening leadership, and giving full play to the exemplary role of the top leader. The investigation of problems should not replace the "Four Winds" problems with work problems, local problems with central problems, problems of the leadership team with problems of individual leaders, and objective problems with subjective awareness problems; we must accurately identify and find problems, laying the foundation for solving problems. The meeting focused on conveying the important speeches of Zhang Yi, Secretary of the SASAC Party Committee, and Vice Directors Huang Shuhe, Huang Danhua, and Jin Yang. Comrade Zhang Yi emphasized that it is necessary to implement the spirit of the central government's decision, identify prominent problems of the "Four Winds", focus on rectifying these problems, and combine the mass line education and practice activities with anti-corruption and integrity building, using cases to explain the "winds", discipline, and laws. The education and practice activities should not only implement important spirits but also combine with reality to help central enterprises maintain stability, development, and safety. We should correctly understand the relationship between individual problems and collective decision-making and deployment of the SASAC, earnestly implement the SASAC's work deployments, and regard all-out efforts to ensure growth as an important measure to safeguard the country's steady growth. Liu Mingzhong stressed the need to implement SASAC's requirements to maintain stability in ideology, teams, production and operation, and all aspects of work; to implement the eight central regulations; to sort out existing group regulations, abolishing some, improving some, and formulating some, especially establishing long-term audit and personnel systems; to clarify procedures and improve efficiency; to strengthen control and prevent risks; and to strengthen management and plug loopholes. Sha Ming pointed out that it is necessary to implement the spirit of the central government's decision in conjunction with the education and practice activities, and to promote management improvement and production and operation with tangible achievements, achieving mutual promotion between the activities and the central tasks.
