Zhang Tongbo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Group's Party Committee and General Manager of XinXing Casting Pipe Co., Ltd., participated in the research. 
Sha Ming and other leaders, despite the long journey, visited the living quarters and operating areas of XinXing Jinte and Xinjiang Casting Pipe companies, respectively. They also visited and comforted the front-line production workers and inquired in detail about the production conditions and existing problems of various enterprises. 
During the field research at XinXing Jinte Steel, Sha Ming and his team visited the company's production and surrounding living public service facilities along the river. At Xinjiang XinXing Casting Pipe Company, Sha Ming went deep into the production front lines of iron smelting, steelmaking, and rolling, and learned in detail about the production operation and cost reduction and efficiency increase of various units. Then, a meeting of the leadership team was held, carefully listening to the reports on the production and operation status of the four companies,2013annual budget target guarantee measures, major project construction,2014the key work and guarantee measures for the year. 
After listening to the report, Sha Ming conveyed the spirit of Chairman Liu Mingzhong's speech during his investigation of the JiHua sector, and expressed his appreciation for the cadres and employees of the Group's Xinjiang-based enterprises for maintaining a good mental outlook, actively responding to the international financial crisis, and achieving progress in promoting the continuous development of enterprises. He required the management personnel at all levels to seriously consider the highlights and shortcomings of the work over the past year in the process of sorting out the work progress and target implementation, and clarify2014the direction of efforts for the year.
