Xu Jianhua inspected the four major systems of safety production responsibility, system, emergency management, and training and education in the above two enterprises. The inspection focused on safety regulations, job standards, system construction, the operation of the safety committee, emergency plan preparation, self-inspection and rectification reports and their implementation. He also went deep into the production site to inspect the daily management and maintenance of important facilities, key equipment, warehousing, and pipelines, as well as the implementation of safety regulations.
