Currently, the cast pipe project of Fukan Energy Company has started construction. While focusing on project construction, we must firmly establish "four principles": First, strengthen safety management to ensure safe construction; second, strengthen measures to ensure project quality and schedule; third, strengthen control to ensure that project construction funds are within the budget; fourth, strengthen production management to ensure that the cast pipe production line has advanced technology and a scientific and reasonable layout.
