Liu Mingzhong, with"Exploration and Practice of Standardizing Board Construction”as the topic, gave a detailed and vivid explanation of the group's ideas, practices, and experiences in standardizing board construction for89trainees from various central enterprises. He focused on the group's basic situation, the practice of standardizing board construction, the exploration of strategic control and management innovation by the board of directors, and the integrated promotion of board construction and group control, and gave a detailed introduction to the process and phased achievements of XinXing JiHua Group's standardized board construction; he talked about his harvest and experience in four aspects: the external director system is the key to the success or failure of the standardized construction of the board of directors, the standardized construction of the board of directors still needs continuous exploration, the Chinese characteristic board governance system, and effective efficiency is a higher level of standardized board construction. He also engaged in enthusiastic exchanges and interactions with the trainees.
