He listened to the work report of Ji Hua Jiang Yuan Company in the first half of the year, held a technical discussion and analysis meeting, carefully analyzed and discussed the problems and differences between the design process parameters and the actual operating values of the mineral heat furnace, gas purification and recovery system, and equipment. He put forward detailed technical guidance for these problems.
Guo Shijin pointed out that the 100,000-ton ferrochromium alloy project must continuously discover, analyze, and solve problems in the production process; continuously summarize experience, strengthen confidence, overcome difficulties, and strive to improve the level of technical operation and management to lay a solid foundation and prepare for the implementation of the Phase II project. Guo Shijin emphasized that the Phase II project of Qinghai Metallurgical Chemical Industry Park should be supported by accurate feasibility study report data, based on detailed and rigorous market research and analysis, and relying on high-tech projects.
