From June 20th to 30th, an investigation team comprised of external directors from the group, group leaders, and relevant emergency personnel from the company, conducted a field study on the current state of emergency industry development in the UK and Germany.
Accompanied by local emergency experts, the investigators conducted a series of business and diplomatic activities, including research on emergency rescue training organizations in the UK and Germany, visits to European emergency equipment product and technical service providers, and visits and exchanges at international fire safety product exhibitions.
At the London Fire Brigade's Emergency Command and Rescue Training Center, the investigation team listened to a report from the London Fire Brigade on the impact of major incidents on the emergency management of ultra-large cities and the corresponding safeguards. The London Fire Brigade undertakes a huge task of fire fighting and counter-terrorism, and has accumulated rich work experience in the long-term struggle against fires and extremists, developing a world-leading emergency command training system, especially for highly developed urban above-ground and underground transportation systems. This trip allowed the investigation team to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of VR/AR in fire fighting and security.
In a series of visits focusing on the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW), the investigation team focused on the exchange and learning of emergency equipment technology and the current state of development of the European emergency industry. The investigation team visited the THW's local training and rescue base in Frankfurt and two training schools established by THW in Hoya and Neuhausen, met with the THW director and other authoritative experts in Berlin, and gained an in-depth understanding of Germany's civil defense system construction and volunteer force accumulation.
During a visit to the Robotics Innovation Center of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, the investigation team listened to introductions on the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, the Robotics Innovation Center, robotics innovation research projects, smart city and smart factory projects, visited various laboratories, and conducted on-site investigations and learning of Germany's intelligent innovation capabilities.
