On January 22, 2019, the 2019 Party Building Work and Party Conduct and Discipline Construction and Anti-Corruption Work Conference of Xin Xing Ji Hua Group Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. Zhang Yalin delivered an important speech entitled "Leading with High-Quality Party Building, Supporting with a Strong Style, and Providing a Strong Guarantee for Building a World-Class Enterprise Group." Zhang Yalin summarized the Party building, Party conduct and discipline construction, and anti-corruption work of the Group in 2018 from four aspects and put forward requirements for the 2019 work. He emphasized that political construction should always be placed in the first place, to practice the "two maintenances" with practical actions; to continuously strengthen the armament of innovative theories, and to make solid efforts to understand, master, and implement them effectively; to relentlessly rectify the "four winds" and create a positive development atmosphere; to punish corruption with zero tolerance and continuously consolidate and expand the achievements of the anti-corruption struggle; to implement the decisions and deployments of the reform of the central enterprise disciplinary inspection and supervision system, and improve the ability of disciplinary inspection cadres to take on their responsibilities; to unswervingly grasp the deep, detailed, and practical aspects, and continuously deepen the Party's overall strict governance.
He Keran, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director, conveyed the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the 2019 Party Conduct and Discipline Construction and Anti-Corruption Work Conference of the SASAC and central enterprises.
Wang Zhaogang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, delivered a report on disciplinary inspection and supervision work on behalf of the Group's Commission for Discipline Inspection, entitled "Faithfully Fulfilling Responsibilities, Strengthening Responsibility, and Promoting High-Quality Development of Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Work." The report summarized the disciplinary inspection and supervision work in 2018, deployed the work tasks for 2019, and emphasized the need to be guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously enhance the "four consciousnesses," strengthen the "four confidences," and uphold the "two maintenances," adhere to the general tone of seeking progress through stability, consolidate and develop the overwhelming victory of the anti-corruption struggle, and put forward seven work tasks: strengthening political construction, grasping supervisory responsibilities, deepening reform of the disciplinary inspection system, strictly enforcing discipline and accountability, rectifying the "four winds," promoting internal inspections, and strengthening the building of the disciplinary inspection team.
At the meeting, the Party Committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Group signed the 2019 Party Building and Party Conduct and Discipline Construction Responsibility Letter with representatives of secondary companies, further solidifying the "two responsibilities" of overall strict governance of the Party. Two grass-roots Party committees and four grass-roots branches gave exchange speeches.
