On February 26, 2018, XinXing JiHua Group held a meeting for the party secretaries of its secondary companies to report on their work. Six secretaries gave on-site reports, and three submitted written reports. Zhang Yalin, Party Secretary and Chairman of XinXing JiHua Group, gave a concluding speech. He Keran, the Party's Vice Secretary, presided over the meeting, and Wang Zhaogang, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, attended the meeting.
After listening to the reports, Zhang Yalin, combining this meeting and his past understanding, pointed out the new achievements of the Party building work of secondary companies in 2018: First, the political construction was further strengthened by clearly advocating political affairs; second, the grass-roots party building was further strengthened by consolidating the foundation; third, ideological construction was further deepened by re-leading the ideology; fourth, anti-corruption and strengthening integrity was further strengthened without relaxing the rectification of incorrupt practices and discipline; and fifth, the vitality of group work was further enhanced by implementing the requirements of the new era's group work. At the same time, with a problem-oriented approach, he pointed out the gaps and problems in the Party building work of 2018 from five aspects: political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style of work construction, and discipline construction.
Zhang Yalin emphasized that 2019 is the year to promote grass-roots party building. All grass-roots party organizations should take the political construction of the Party as the guide, focus on strengthening the Party's organizational system, thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively deepen the "three-base construction," promote the implementation and effectiveness of various measures for comprehensively governing the Party strictly, and promote the deep integration of Party building work and the central work of the enterprise, using the achievements of enterprise reform and development to test the work and combat effectiveness of the Party organization. For the next step of party building work, Zhang Yalin required: First, strengthen political construction and resolutely uphold the "two safeguards"; second, strengthen Party governance, and give play to the leading role of the Party organization; third, do a good job in the "three-base construction" to ensure the effective implementation of various tasks; fourth, implement the Party's management of cadres principles, and strengthen the construction of the cadre team; fifth, adhere to the bottom line thinking and prevent systemic risks; and sixth, prevent the rebound of the "four winds" and strengthen style of work construction.
Heads of the Party and working departments of XinXing JiHua Group headquarters, Party secretaries, deputy secretaries, secretaries of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and personnel in charge of Party and group affairs from secondary companies in Beijing attended the meeting.
