At the meeting, the deputy general manager and director of the human resources department, Wang Ran, first read out the amendment toArticle 6, Clause 9, Paragraph 2 of the "Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. Remuneration Management Measures", regarding the adjustment of salaries during employees' paid leave,All the representatives present unanimously approved the amendment by a show of hands. Subsequently, Geng, director of the logistics management department, introduced the qualifications and bidding methods of the three bidding units. A total of three units participated in the bidding. The order was determined by lottery, and then each unit presented their proposals in turn. After the presentations, the employee representatives raised questions concerning their immediate interests, such as the price and quantity of food, and the opening hours. The heads of the bidding units answered these questions on the spot and made service commitments. Finally, the employee representatives voted to have Shenyang Zhangji Hotel take over the employee canteen.
Employee representatives have the final say on who will run the employee canteen.
