During the meeting, General Manager Tong Shengli gave a special report on how to play the exemplary role of Communist Party members under the "new normal," giving all Party members and backbones a vivid party lesson. He pointed out that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee, the Party and national undertakings have presented a series of developments in the "new normal." Under the current environment of relatively high downward pressure on the economy, the company should firmly rely on the advantages of being a subsidiary of a world top 500 and a top 50 state-owned enterprise, actively transform according to the company's "6333" requirements, and continuously internalize it into ideological consciousness and externalize it into action. Seizing the advantages of high brand trust in military industry, large company scale, advanced equipment, and diversified varieties, we should face the pains brought by the negative list of five aspects: product and industrial structure transformation and upgrading, accelerated rise in the cost of production factors, increasing uncertainty in the ever-changing market, persistent capital tension, increasing cash flow pressure, and low personnel skills. He demanded that all Party members work together and overcome difficulties together to ensure the company's rapid development under the new normal.
