(Our Newspaper Report: Wen Suiying, Photo: Xu Jialin) In accordance with the requirements of the Group's document No. [2017] 51, "Notice on the Implementation Details of the Accountability and Integrity Report of Leading Cadres of Ji Hua Shares," on December 25, the Party Committee of 3523 Company held a meeting on the accountability and integrity report of leading cadres. Members of the company's Party Committee, members of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Party branch secretaries, branch chairmen, Youth League branch secretaries, and some employee representatives attended the meeting, presided over by Wang Ran, deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee.
The meeting first watched the integrity education film "Faded Life," which served as a warning education for the vast number of Party and leading cadres. Through the typical case of Wang Keqin, they were to find lessons, dig out the root causes, receive warnings, understand honor and disgrace, firmly establish the awareness of discipline and rules, establish the concept of observing laws and disciplines, improve the awareness of resisting corruption and preventing degeneration, correct oneself, cultivate morality, and maintain integrity and self-discipline.
Subsequently,eight leading cadres, combining their own work, respectively reported on their accountability and integrity from aspects such as the performance of their duties, especially the implementation of political discipline and rules; the performance of their responsibilities in governing the Party; the promotion of Party conduct and integrity building and anti-corruption work; and compliance with the "Regulations on Accountability of the Communist Party of China" and the "Code of Conduct for Integrity of the Communist Party of China." The attendees conducted a democratic evaluation of the accountability and integrity report subjects through anonymous voting.
Finally, Tong Shengli, secretary of the Party Committee and executive director, delivered a summary speech. He emphasized that the annual accountability and integrity report is both an important way to objectively summarize the moral and intellectual performance of cadres over the year, and a necessary requirement to strengthen the company's leading cadre team and comprehensively improve the quality of leading cadres, which everyone needs to attach great importance to. First, it is necessary to strengthen ideological and moral cultivation. We must establish noble values, be loyal to the enterprise, love our jobs and be dedicated to our work, and take contributions to the country, society, and the enterprise as our life goals, being down-to-earth in our conduct and work, and achieving solid results. Second, it is necessary to comprehensively improve quality and ability.
