More than 40 people, including members of the 3523 Company Party Committee, members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Party branch secretaries, branch chairmen, Youth League secretaries, and party and mass workers, attended the meeting.
At the meeting,Nine grassroots Party branch secretaries gave work reports in turn, summarizing the implementation of various tasks, including the Party branch's integration of "Two Studies, One Action" learning education and "Three Meetings and One Class," implementation of "three lists," promotion of branch basic management, and innovation of branch party building work. Each Party branch secretary, closely focusing on actual work, and combining their respective fields of production, sales, technology, and finance, highlighted the highlights and unique practices of integrating party building with the core of production and operation. They also proposed work ideas for the next step, addressing existing problems and shortcomings. Participants conducted a democratic evaluation of the nine grassroots Party branch secretaries through anonymous voting. Following the work reports, an annual theoretical assessment exam for Party branch secretaries was conducted, covering branch business, the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and other aspects, to strengthen professional ability improvement.
This work report and evaluation activity for Party branch secretaries is both an implementation of the Party's grassroots organization building and a powerful measure to implement strict governance of the Party. It not only examines the cohesion, combat effectiveness, and centripetal force of each branch and evaluates the work ability and work style of individual branch secretaries, but also provides an opportunity for mutual learning and exchange among various branches, laying a solid foundation for promoting the work of grassroots Party branches.
