This newspaper reports(Text/Photo 3523 Company Li Jintae)On November 13, in accordance with the requirements of the Jihua Group Party Committee's "Notice on Conducting the 2019 Annual Assessment of the Enterprise Leadership Team and the Term Assessment of the Management Team," the company held the 2019 Annual Leadership Team Performance Appraisal Meeting. Jiang Peian, Deputy Secretary of the Jihua Group Discipline Inspection Commission, Director of the Comprehensive Supervision Office, and Director of the Disciplinary Inspection and Review Office; and Zhao Xiaoli, Manager of the Human Resources Department, attended the meeting to provide guidance. The meeting was presided over by Tong Shengli, Party Secretary and Executive Director. A total of 43 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, some middle-level and general management personnel, and employee representatives.
Before the meeting, Jiang Peian emphasized the significance of conducting annual assessments of the leadership team members and provided a detailed explanation of each stage of the performance appraisal meeting.
At the meeting, the six members of the company's leadership team respectively reported on the completion of key tasks in 2019, political theory study, integrity and self-discipline, compliance with the Party Constitution, Party regulations and Party discipline, existing problems, and measures for future work. They used examples and data to conduct in-depth analyses of existing problems and formulated detailed, specific, and effective measures for future work.
After listening to the performance reports, the attendees conducted a democratic assessment using anonymous ballots.
Finally, two leaders from the second assessment team held talks with members of the company's leadership team, some middle-level and general management personnel, and employee representatives.
