The meeting closely followed the main thread of learning and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, highlighting the important content of "resolutely combating formalism and bureaucratism." It focused on the goals of "achieving gains in theoretical study, undergoing ideological and political baptism, daring to take responsibility in undertaking tasks and starting businesses, solving problems for the people, and setting an example in upholding integrity and clean governance." It fully utilized the achievements of the thematic education, followed the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "four comparisons," adhered to a problem-oriented approach, reviewed achievements, examined problems, conducted in-depth analysis, seriously engaged in criticism and self-criticism, and clarified the direction of efforts and rectification measures.
