Following directives from Xinxing Jihua Group and the Heavy Industry Group, the company focused on providing medical and logistical support, leveraging its product strengths to develop an "Integrated Pandemic Prevention and Control Cabin."
Li Shiwei, Secretary of the Tieling Municipal Party Committee, received a briefing on the four proposed designs for the "Integrated Pandemic Prevention and Control Cabin." Sui Xianli, Mayor of Tieling, visited the company, immediately ordering three cabins. The first prototype was delivered on February 13th, with the remaining three scheduled for delivery on February 18th.
The development of the Integrated Pandemic Prevention and Control Cabin involved Tong Shengli, Party Secretary and Executive Director of the company, who liaised with the Tieling municipal government, overseeing production and coordination. Chief Engineer Liu Dapeng led a team of engineers, including Mu Jiao who provided on-site production support and Hou Xu who participated remotely via video conference due to quarantine. These three engineers developed the technical specifications in just two days, incorporating features from military cabins to address the needs of frontline workers.
Following the completion of the technical drawings, over 20 frontline employees worked day and night to overcome challenges such as coordinating processes and familiarizing themselves with the new blueprints. The first Integrated Pandemic Prevention and Control Cabin was delivered to the frontline on February 13th, receiving high praise from those using it.
On February 14th, Chen Luping, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, inspected the cabin at the Tieling Expressway entrance. He praised the cabin's suitability and commended 3523 Company's rapid response, highlighting its sense of responsibility as a state-owned enterprise. He recommended the cabin province-wide, and the Liaoning Provincial Secretary subsequently requested the design plans.
