To further strengthen leadership team building and continuously promote the scientific development of Jihua, from August 14th to 15th, Jihua Group conducted competitive interviews for 27 candidates for promotion from 18 enterprises including Jihua 3502. Members of the Jihua Group's leadership team in Beijing, including He Keran, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Jihua Group, attended the interview. In June and July, three assessment teams from Jihua Group went deep into the grassroots level and completed the assessment of the leadership teams of 18 enterprises whose terms expired in the first half of the year, including Jihua 3543 and 3502. Combining the actual development of the enterprises and the results of the comprehensive assessment in the first half of the year, and in accordance with the Company Articles of Association and the Regulations on the Management of Leading Cadres of Subsidiaries, the group has organized a competitive interview for candidates for promotion.
