Summary:To further strengthen leadership team building and continuously promote the scientific development of Jihua, from August 14th to 15th, Jihua Group conducted competitive interviews for 27 candidates for promotion from 18 enterprises including Jihua 3502. Members of the Jihua Group's leadership team in Beijing, including He Keran, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Jihua Group, attended the interview. In June and July, three assessment teams from Jihua Group went deep into the grassroots level and completed the assessment of the leadership teams of 18 enterprises whose terms expired in the first half of the year, including Jihua 3543 and 3502. Combining the actual development of the enterprises and the results of the comprehensive assessment in the first half of the year, and in accordance with the Company Articles of Association and the Regulations on the Management of Leading Cadres of Subsidiaries, the group has organized a competitive interview for candidates for promotion.

Combining the actual development of the enterprises and the results of the comprehensive assessment in the first half of the year, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Regulations on the Management of Members of the Leadership Teams of Subsidiaries," Ji Hua Group plans to adjust the directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel of 18 enterprises.，and finally determined25 promoted personnel through a competitive interview process.
The interview included two parts: a 5-8 minute competitive speech and a 20-minute Q&A session. Members of the Ji Hua Group leadership team asked serious questions and provided careful comments to the candidates on issues currently facing the enterprises, understanding of their roles, and work approaches.
It is understood that the leadership team adjustment plan formulated based on the results of this stage of assessment will be submitted to the 10th meeting of the second board of directors of Ji Hua Group on August 16 for deliberation.
