I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company's bidding for heating and production coal.
II. Technical Requirements: In accordance with national standards, based on the actual needs of 3523 production and heating, and according to the calorific value standard, the requirements are: heating coal (4500-5000 kcal) , production coal: (5800-6000 kcal).
III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on quality standards, the lowest price bidding method will be implemented.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. The bidder has good credit;
2. The bidder must be a sales or production enterprise and have relevant qualifications for production and operation;
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Settlement Method: For successful bidders, every 500 tons is a settlement point. After the supplier supplies 500 tons of coal to the purchaser and issues a full-amount VAT invoice, the purchaser can settle the payment to the supplier.
VII. Within 7 days of winning the bid, the winner shall supply 50 tons of coal for test burning. The company's inspection department personnel will seal the sample coal and provide feedback on the test burning situation. If the winning bidder's sample coal does not meet the specifications and requirements, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract.
VIII. Bidding Address and Requirements
1. Bidding Time and Opening Time:
October 17, 2015, 8:20 am to receive bids, 8:30 am for formal bid opening.
Bids will not be accepted at other times.
2. The bidding bag includes the following materials (sealed and marked "Do not open before bid opening"):
(1) The supplier's valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (including national tax and local tax), production license, legal representative's ID card, water-related qualifications. Copies of all the above materials must be stamped with the company seal; legalrepresentative's certificate or power of attorney (original).
(2) Bid letter (company scale, transportation vehicles owned, etc.)
