I. Bidding Content
Liaoning Ji Hua3523 Company Coal Bidding for Heating and Production.
II. Technical Requirements: In accordance with national standards, based onthe actual needs of 3523 production and heating, according to the calorific value standard, requirements: Heating coal (4500-5000 kcal), Production coal: (5800-6000 kcal).
III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, based on quality standards, implemented by the lowest bid method.
IV. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. The bidder has good credit;
2. The bidder must be a sales or production enterprise, and have relevant production and operation qualifications;
3. This bidding does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Review
Suppliers must register before bidding----Qualification review process, passing the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company, can only bid; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Settlement Method: The winning supplier, every500 tons as a settlement point, after the supplier supplies 500 tons of coal to the buyer and issues a full amount VAT invoice, the buyer can settle with the supplier.
VII. The winnermust supply 50 tons of coal for trial burning within 7 days. The company's inspection and bidding team will inspect and seal the sample coal, and provide feedback on the trial burning situation. If the sample coal supplied by the winner does not meet the specifications and requirements, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
VIII. Bidding Address and Requirements

8:30~11:30 Other times will not be accepted. The registration form is in Appendix 1.
2. The bidding bag includes the following materials (sealed and marked "Do not open before bidding"):
（1) The supplier's valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (including national and local taxes), production license, legal representative's ID card, copies of the above materials stamped with the company's seal; legalrepresentative certificate or power of attorney from the legal representative (original).
（2) Company profile (company size, pictures of owned transportation vehicles, etc.)
（3) The bidder should bring a cash check of 10,000 yuan as a bid security deposit. Those who do not win the bid will be returned in full on the same day. The winner should pay a bid security deposit of 10,000 yuan to the 3523 finance department on the day of winning the bid. After the contract is signed, the security deposit will automatically become the contract performance bond, and will be returned in full within 7 days after the completion of the contract execution.
