Zhou Yong, deputy director of the fourth division of the second bureau of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee; Wang Ping, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the SASAC; and Yang Jichao, vice chairman of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and executive vice chairman of the China Textile Workers' Ideological and Political Work Research Association, attended the meeting.
In recent years, the Ji Hua Group Party Committee has actively broadened its thinking on party building work, establishing and implementing a "five-system" party building approach to comprehensively improve the scientific level of party building work. It organically integrates the potential of party organizations at all levels and the vast number of Party members with the enterprise's development goals, more clearly defining what party building work should do, who should do it, how to do it, what procedures to follow, and what rewards and punishments are involved. This allows party building work to more fully integrate organizational performance and individual performance, leading the enterprise's leapfrog development and earning high praise from the China National Textile and Apparel Council and the China Textile Workers' Ideological and Political Work Research Association.
