This company will focus on acquiring and integrating the advantageous resources of the ItalianCTCcompany (Jiandi Leather Co., Ltd.), improving the Group's shoe and leather industry chain, developing the international high-end leather processing market, and strongly supporting JiHua Group's industrial upgrading path.

Its products are mainly high-end materials for shoes and bags, and its customer base covers world-renowned high-end brands, including、TOD'S、FABI、TUCCISANTONIGUCCIPradaPradaChanelChaneletc. This time,JH CTCcompany intends to specifically acquireCTCcompany's leather production and processing formulas, brand, market channels, leather procurement channels, and high-end management talent team.
