The seminar focused on seven major topics: big data, technological innovation, internationalization, business model innovation, organizational structure innovation, talent development innovation, and Party building mechanism innovation. They organized visits in batches to advanced benchmark enterprises such as Shandong Meide and Wuxi Yimian, and other central enterprises for learning and benchmarking. According to the requirements of different topics, they conducted in-depth investigations and surveys of secondary and tertiary enterprises to address existing problems, and formed investigative reports. InOn April 22, based on the presentation and discussion of the five major research topics, after nearly 3 months of revision and improvement, seven major research topics were formed into complete research results. In this seminar, each research team leader first gave a report, and then the participants, based on the actual situation of the enterprise, proposed revisions and suggestions for the research content.
At the end of the seminar, Guo Shijin highly affirmed the achievements of the seven major research topics and expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the research team members. He pointed out that the seminar is of great significance to the Group's long-term development. At the same time, the research team members have also benefited from their learning visits to brother enterprises and investigations into secondary and tertiary enterprises, which has played a positive role in their learning and improvement and has important significance for their personal growth.
