Tong Shengli, general manager of Jihua 3523 Company and executive director of 3547; Gu Bing, party secretary; Zhang Cai, general manager of Jihua 3547; and Dong Baoyi, deputy party secretary, together with the entire leadership team of the two companies accompanied them.
Gao Yawailistened toTong Shengli and Zhang Cairegardingthe actual completion of the two companies in 2013 and 2014, the 2015 budget, the negative list and solutions, the establishment of enterprises according to law, and the construction of trade unions. Four aspects were highlighted, with emphasis on the guarantee measures, profit support, market orders, and analysis and solutions for the negative list in the 2015 budget targets.
The research team first conveyed the regards of Chairman Liu Mingzhong and General Manager Sha Ming to the leadership teams of the two companies. Team leader Gao Yawai believed that the two companies had thoroughly analyzed the problems they faced and their approaches to solving the problems were clear, effective, and pragmatic. Facing the impact of the market and the pressure of relocation, the current leadership teams are full of confidence and in good spirits, with drive and a willingness to fight; the employees are united in thought, working together with unity and affection for the enterprise. Faced with the objective reality of three years without military product bidding, the leadership team has led the employees to forge a path despite countless difficulties. At the same time, regarding the difficulties faced by the enterprise, Gao Yawai made four suggestions: First, vigorously develop diversified markets, strengthen the sales team, expand the amount of information, especially in terms of industry information and customer information; do not solely rely on the military market, but also develop civilian products markets, seize business opportunities and laws, and confidently innovate marketing models; second, benchmark against advanced enterprises to determine the future direction of development and industry positioning; third, revitalize resources, fully utilize land advantages to strive to be the park owner, plan comprehensively, and improve the return on investment; fourth, govern enterprises according to law, ensuring that thoughts and actions are legal and compliant, and be responsible to employees and families.
Finally, Zhi Wenguang conveyed the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, requiring the entire leadership teams of the two companies to be diligent and clean in government, strictly enforce discipline, resolutely implement the Central Eight-Point Regulations and the Group's "Nine-Point Regulations," govern enterprises according to regulations, and implement various requirements for party conduct and integrity building.
